At Lume, we want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all beauty products that don't meet your expectations. Simply ensure the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include the packing slip provided in your email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
